We really loved the apartment! Great area — everything is within easy reach. The host met us in person, showed us around, and explained everything clearly. This is our second stay at Veranda, and every time it feels comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. Highly recommended! 🙌🏻☺️

The bed is nice, comfy and big. The swimming pool is amazing and the room has a beautiful seaview. The room has a kitchen which was great to cook some breakfast. We will be back.

The room itself is good and everything looks nice. The location is fine and they accommodated me with checking in early! Very nice. At the start I wanted to check out later but plans changed and they told me it was possible.

Staff: Quite understaffed. No service desk. I wanted to check out at 11. I got a confirmation that it was possible more than 24+ hours beforehand. This however was a struggle for them when it actually came to it. I needed to call them and message them via booking to get any movement. And still it took 20+ minutes for them to come to my room to check me out. Second time I called after 18 minutes or so the machine automatically picked up and hung up after 1.5 minutes. This is not acceptable. I booked a driver beforehand and he had to wait a while. Even though the staff is friendly it was still a struggle. I also asked for a way to do laundry, they simply said it was noy possible, which is understandable. But they are not proactive. They can recommend a place (funnily enough the closest laundromat also does hotel delivery). There should be a security guard but hes rarely at his post ( I went quite often in and out) Location: Fine, there are grocery stores closeby and the beach is at walking distance. However almost every other hotel here has the same distance. Don't pick this place for it's location. Amenities etc: Sufficient. There is free water everyday and when you check in there are q-tips, snacks and flipflops. Shampoo, body wash and soap is there but no conditioner. The shower is a single head but atleast it has a bench inside the shower. Swimming pool I did not even try because in the elevator they emphasise that certain parts are residence only, which kills any interest personally. Dont know if there is a gym or if it is good. Lobby has no service desk. Parking space and pickup and drop-off areas are good. AC works well but looks like an older model with the beige colour. Hairdryer works nicely. The kitchen etc i didnt test but everything looks fine. You automatically get 2 key cards to use for the elevator which is nice. WiFi is found on a menu thing, or you can use a 24 hour pass. 3 trashbins atleast so thats nice.
