Low cost Suite like accommodations. Perfect alternative to apartment with kitchen facilities adequate for short term stay. Most other places with kitchens are overpriced. Bathroom was luxurious.
1) having to use kiosk for remote hotel attendant during non office hours.
2) lack of roll carts as someone keeps in their room at times.
3) cleaning only biweekly

The staff, Cedric amd his teammates, made my daughter and I very comfortable. We felt safe and the place was so clean. I Mean the entire hotel. I've stayed at Woodspring Suites elsewhere and this site is definitely on par with what ive become accustomed to expecting out of Woodspring Suites. I was not unhappy at all. Although I will say, as a marketing idea, you guys are located in the heart of a shopping and eating district so a shuttle to those places may be a good idea for the permanent residents you house. Just an idea.
