Great apartment in Bocagrande with sunset & beach view

Everything was very clean and the view was lovely, building is on a great location, very comfortable flat, lovely place.

Sauna not working and pool closing at 6:45pm Would be helpful to have a wine (cork) opener in the kitchen lol Towels smelling a bit weird Not sure if it’s mandatory or not but a little first aid kit would be good to have, for little wounds after the beach and so on. The lighting was too harsh and white, a few lamps could make it a lot cossy, Led strips hard to use.

The apartment had almost everything that we needed (no toiletries because of an issue with a former client we were told). It is conveniently located in the Bocagrande district. It is close to the beach and many restaurants. If you like shopping, there are quite a few shops to choose from. The swimming pool and gym are well-kept. The front staff is very professional and quite friendly. Communication with the owner of the place is effective.

UPDATE (Sunday, Aug 17): The Owner of the place sent us a not-so-nice personal message. Obviously, he doesn't like negative comments. Furthermore, he will publicly insult you if you write a negative review (see his response after the comments we made. Instead of seeing the comments as constructive criticism, he preferred to insult us publicly with nonsense. That is concerning and quite petty and childish! We have traveled extensively and have always been honest with our comments to help other travelers using this platform. Consumer beware! We were shocked to see 3 t-shirts hanging in the closet. We prefer rooms that are void of other people's personal belongings. Additionally, we found bug spray in a cabinet, and we quickly found out why. It's not pleasant finding a cockroach on the kitchen counter (we took a video of the criter or criters cause who knows if it was the same one we each day of our say). This was quite disappointing and disgusting. It was an unfortunate end to our last leg of our Colombian trip. Lastly, we didn't like paying the vendor directly using BOLD. Maybe it is an easy way for the vendor to receive payment, but it's a pain for tourists sometimes.
