Fui por temas de trabajo… Excelente ubicación, buenas instalaciones y muy aseado todo; atención muy buena por parte de Mercy.
La puerta exterior debería bloquearse (al menos en la noche) para mayor seguridad.

ES UNA VERGÜENZA QUE NO HAGAN ASEO DURANTE TODA LA ESTADÍA. DICEN QUE CUANDO UNO LO NECESITE LO PUEDE PEDIR PERO LO PEDÍ Y ME DIJERON QUE SOLAMENTE ME HARÍAN UN ASEO DE CORTESÍA DESPUÉS DE TRES DÍAS SIN EMBARGO DURÉ 5 DÍAS Y NUNCA HICIERON EL FAMOSO ASEO DE CORTESÍA.

Ubicación Tienen potencial pero hay cosas que pueden mejorar.
-El aseo no fue el mejor (el baño aún tenía la barra del jabón del huésped anterior) -No son claros con la información (cambio de toallas, aseo…) -La habitación 17 la puerta del baño no cierra bien, el aire goteaba, el dispensador de shampoo estaban dañados, las habitaciones de ese costado recibe el ruido el bar que queda en la esquina. -Hace falta una papelera en la habitación (diferente a la caneca del baño) -no reciben pagos con datáfono, solo efectivo o transferencias -La entrega de la habitación es a las 11 y no te hacen el favor de guardar la maleta los días sábados por falta de personal -No tiene cocina. Tiene un salón comunal con una nevera la cual se debe compartir con todos los huéspedes, no tiene estufa.
