Free parking, private kitchen and bathroom, clean beddings, kitchen utensils, and sufficient hot water.
Lack of air conditioner. It was a very hot period and hence it was very uncomfortable sleeping on top of the blankets for five days. The living room couch had a smell. Either dirt or urine.

The host was great with impeccable communication

The place had all the amenities needed for a four day stay. Thoughtful extras like the iron and stand - we were there for a business event - were very handy. We had small alterations to our plan, and out host accommodated our requests promptly. The location is great - close to Woking train station - and the neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful.

Plenty of space easy walk into town
The sofa was uncomfortable and whilst a fridge freezer was great it was noisy, Properly was not cleaned prior to arrival. Cleaners turned up within the hour once I noticed and informed owner, Deposit took 15 days to return
