La gentillesse des hôtes, la terrasse externe, la facilité à se garer, les commerces à proximité, la mer toute proche et le port à 10 minutes à pied. Nous sommes arrivés plus tôt qu'à l'heure demandée et notre hôte nous a accueilli très aimablement. L'appartement est très sûr avec une porte blindée et des barres de fermeture amovibles sur le salon qui possède de grandes baies vitrées. On peut acheter du poisson ou des crustacés directement aux pêcheurs sur le port. Le port est ceinturé de restaurants pour tous les goûts et à tous les prix. Je recommande le "Pucciaria" au bout du port. La cuisine est très bien équipée avec machine à laver le linge et lave vaisselle, machine à café avec dosettes fournies, plaque de cuisson à gaz, four et micro ondes et grand frigo.
Nous ne sommes qu'à 10 minutes de l'aéroport et 20 minutes du centre historique de Bari.
Manque de lumière dans les chambres en raison du manque de fenêtre mais pas dans la piuèce de vie qui est très lumineuse.
Pas de plage à proximité immédiate mais la mer est toute proche si vous aimez vous baigner sans plage de sable mais avec des rochers.

Prostornost apartmaja, lepo urejen vrt z drevesi, kaktusi, prostorna terasa, klima, ki je prijetno ogrela prostor, saj smo bili ravno v času izrazite hladne fronte z močnom vetrom in nevihtami. Parkirišče za avto smo vedno dobili na ulici. Nasproti nastanitve je živilska trgovina. Bližina letališča in avtoceste. Poskrbljeno je za varnost, saj je nastanitev obdana z ograjo.

The property is really specious and is equipped with everything you can possibly think of. There were even coffee pods, some cookies and water prepared. The host is also really welcoming, was always in contact and helped with some emergency (we had an electricity cut off due to unexpected weather conditions). He speaks English pretty fluent that was also a great relief. Moreover, he consulted us on good restaurants in the city and was just really helpful.
