La tecnología que tiene (altavoz inteligente, suelo radiante en el baño, luces, etc), terraza, fácil aparcamiento y en general todo el apartamento menos lo comentado en la siguiente sección.
No había microondas, las toallas desgastadas, tampoco funcionaba la bañera hidromasajes, aunque no es lo mas importante (la ducha si funcionaba muy bien), es un detalle diferenciador para elegir entre un apartamento u otro y en el anuncio no indicaba que no funcione, y por último encontramos muchas hormiguitas en el baño.
