Cudowna lokalizacja, cudowny widok z balkonu! Naprawdę czysto. Plus o zadbanie o takie szczegóły jak suszarka na pranie, odkurzacz czy nawet pralka.
Niestety WiFi to porażka - nie da się połączyć z nim. Próbowałam skontaktować się z rezydentami ale mówią o ustawieniach których nie ma i po prostu się poddaliśmy.
Dodałabym też kilka akcesoriów w kuchni jak np duży nóż bo takiego brakowało. Może warto by było też pomyśleć i czymś takim jak kawa, herbata, cukier dla przyjezdnych żeby nie trzeba było kupować na te kilka dni pobytu dużych opakowań

Buena ubicación, limpieza impecable, poco problema para aparcar, buena comunicación con el propietario. Cama muy cómoda y bonitas vistas al Teide.

Appartamento pulito, ben arredato e dotato di tutte le attrezzature. Letto comodo, bel balconcino, wifi perfettamente funzionante, utimo piano e perciò assenza di rumori provenienti dalla strada. Parcheggio dell'auto nel complesso residenziale generalmente dispobilre in alternativa nell'area esplanada de muelle non distante. Supermercato hiperdino ben fornito nelle vicinanze. Non ho utilizzato la piscina quindi non saprei dire.
Il proprietario parla solo.spagnolo. Qualche problema al checkin, comunque risolro in breve tempo, per ottenere le istruzioni necessarie all'accesso nell'appartamento..

Le top, excellent rapport qualité prix, tout ce qu’il faut pour quelques jours ou plus dans l’appartement, vue magnifique sur la mer et le mont Teide, juste à côté du terminal de bus pour découvrir le nord et de playa Jardin pour profiter du soleil
La rue sur laquelle donne le balcon (au 6eme étage) est assez passante et bruyante, et la fenêtre n’atténue pas beaucoup le bruit (simple vitrage je pense). Prévoyez des boules Quies pour dormir et tout ira bien !
