Beautiful Villa and would definitely recommend. Better in person.
This was truly an amazing exoerience. We have never stayed in a villa before as we usually opt for hotels. However this experience has definitely changed our minds going forward. Thed most beautiful villa. So clean and spacious. Very comfortable. Felt homely. Pictures do not do this villa justice. Better in person.

An oasis from centre Nice.
The property was beautifully clean and had a private pool which was lovely, rare in Nice too. The landscaping in the garden was lovely and the addition of the artificial grass was a nice touch (although it can get very hot to stand on during the day). The fridge has a water and ice dispenser which is lovely for when the weather is very warm. The property also has multiple bathrooms which is useful when travelling with a group of people.
The property is not within walking distance from Nice and a taxi to and from central Nice is about €18-€20 a in and out (this can be nice however as a get away from the business of the centre). The property also does not have any air condition which makes some nights very very warm.

Diese Liste ist leider deutlich länger. - Die Duschköpfe sind sehr schmutzig - In der Küche gibt es einen extremen Geruch, besonders rund um den Kühlschrank. Es war wirklich kaum aushaltbar - Das Geschirr ist wirklich schmutzig und verkalkt - Die Handtücher zum Duschen riechen ebenfalls sehr unangenehm - Die Gartenmöbel sind komplett beschädigt Außerdem muss ich sagen, dass die Bilder nichts mit der tatsächlichen Villa zu tun haben: - Die Gartenmöbel sind andere als auf den Bildern - Die Sonnenliegen entsprechen ebenfalls nicht den abgebildeten - Auf einem der Fotos ist ein TV im Zimmer zu sehen, tatsächlich gibt es dort aber keinen Fernseher - In einem der Zimmer steht ein Schreibtisch, der auf den Bildern nicht zu sehen ist. Für mich aber der Oberhammer: ich habe das Feedback an den Eigentümer zurückgemeldet und seine Antwort war, dass er mir einen 100€ Discount für die nächste Buchung gibt wenn ich eine 10-Sterne Bewertung gebe.
