Vista spettacolare. Arredata con gusto.
Mancava aspiratore in bagno. Infiltrazioni sul soffitto con intonaco che cadeva a terra e sulla penisola della cucina. Mancanza di una doccia.

l'odore che veniva dal bagno, di fognatura dovuto credo al tubo posto dietro la lavatrice, e dalla macchia enorme di muffa o infiltrazione della cucina/sala

Location is good as you can easily walk to the marina and town.
There was a bad smell in the flat, and no plugged deodorant or spray. The lock of the bathroom was broken holding by a thread. The kitchen sealing was super mouldy and the bathroom was so super clean. No kitchen roll or essentials available like salt/ pepper/ oil or coffee.
