Baleni

We had a family stay at Baleni guest house, Sisian for two nights with three kids. Our hosts, Anna and Vardan are lovely and amazing people. They welcomed us with a tasty tea and treats and guided us to the surrounding sights in a way, that we managed visit every sight around: Shaki waterfall, Aghitu memorial, Vorotnavank monastery complex, Tatev monastery complex, Karahunj (Warrior stones). Our hosts also provided a large amount of historical and archaeological information, that cannot be found in any source. My kids were intrigued and interested a lot. The area around Baleni is green surrounded by beautiful views, air is fresh and clean and you finally can have a real rest in quite and relaxing athmosphere broken only by birds voices and crickets at night. The rooms, bedsheets and towels are very clean, beds are comfortable, mosquito nets are available on the windows, one of the rooms had a balcony with amazing mountain view. All the necessary facilities are available and can be provided upon request. Overall house gives an old Armenian vibe with modern translation. First floor is equipped with TV and comfortable rest zone. There is an open area under cover beautifully enlightened at Baleni to have tea, evening talks or a just a rest at green and calming atmosphere. There is also an authentic cultural experience at talisman-making provided by hosts packed with history and neuroscience that significantly elevates the stay. There is a breakfast option in Baleni. Food is exceptionally tasty made from eco local products. Some of the products are even grown by hosts themselves. One single breakfast includes eggs, diary products, jam, salads, a hot meal, local bread, fruits, tea and coffee. For two days we had a great rest, managed to visit all the sights nearby, obtained an interesting historical information about Sisian and had a great time with Anna and Vardan. If back to Sisian we are definitely staying at Baleni ♥️

Nothing I didn't like, everything was exceptional.

Eine sehr schöne, ruhige Lage, etwas außerhalb des Zentrums in einem wunderschönen Haus. Das Zimmer ist liebevoll gestaltet, wie das ganze Haus auch, das Frühstück ist unglaublich reichhaltig, mit allem, was wir uns vorstellen konnten. Ganz besonders gastfreundlich sind jedoch Anna und Vardan, sie haben uns wertvolle Tipps zur Erkundung der Umgebung gegeben, uns zur Touristeninformation begleitet - wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und würden immer wieder dort übernachten. Unbedingt auch an der Masterclass "Talisman" teilnehmen und an den vielen anderen Angeboten!

Очень чистая комната, удобная кровать, белоснежное белье. Свой балкон, вид на горы. Вкусный завтрак. Лекция мужа хозяйки об истории Армении, о камнях и языке

Не то чтобы не понравилось, просто я кажется не дочитала в описании, что общая ванная и туалет. Хотя в принципе она рядом с комнатой, чистая, но был дискомфорт из-за привычки, что ванная это личная территория
