Upendo House - Rafiki Tamu

Extremely nice apartments and apartment area with swimming pool! The layout and design was beautiful and comfortable. Apartment was clean and spacious. The pool and sunbed area was super nice and clean, with an outdoor shower. A real highlight of the stay was the chef service, with our amazing chefs Jackline and Charol making wonderful food!! They were so nice and their company really heightened our experience during our stay. All in all we were very happy with the apartment.

There was an issue with the fridge from the beginning, which caused a lot of the food we had bought to go bad as it was not properly cold. The owners replaced the fridge, which was great, but due to the short duration of our stay, this was a bit of a bother. Especially since we had a family member with an egg allergy and there were no egg free alternatives for breakfast, and the reception was hesitant to offer anything else, so it would have been convenient to have a working fridge so we could have provided more breakfast options ourselves. We also had problems with the electricity, with full outages our two last nights, which no one can control, but it made the fridge warm again, and obviously the AC didn't work. Before the outages, the AC in one of the bedrooms would also turn on and off incessantly during the night, waking us up with the beep, I think also due to unstable electricity, although the other bedroom didn't have this problem.

le compound est recent, moderne, de style épuré, bien equipe et surtout bien entretenu. l'appartement a tout le confort necessaire pour accueillir une petite famille.

je ne peux pas dire que je n'ai pas apprécié quelque chose en particulier. le personnel etait aux petits soins pour nous, nous avons pu profiter pleinement de nos vacances.

Siamo arrivati da un safari e il soggiorno è stato breve ma rilassante e sicuramente torneremo per godere questo posto fantastico con calma. La casa è molto bella, curata in ogni singolo aspetto. Le camere sono ampie, i letti comodissimi e la cucina è super accessoriata. I bagni sono ampi, curati e soprattutto con bidet !! Abbiamo ascoltato il consiglio di Ale che ci ha raccomandato lo chef privato Rachel che ci ha preparato piatti squisiti. Piscina super e dotata di lettini per gli ospiti. Abbiamo gradito molto la privacy in terrazza dove si gusta tutto il panorama.

Forse qualcosa ci sarà stato ma siamo stati troppo poco per capirlo..
