Die Lage des Hauses und der Ort sind wundervoll. Das Haus ist originell - man hört das Rauschen des Meeres und das Schreien der Möwen.
Die Betten quietschen und die Matratzen sind etwas durchgelegen. Ein etwas defekter Wäscheständer ist etwas wenig für fünf Personen. Gleichsam fehlten einige Informationen im Vorfeld (z. B. zur Entsorgung des Mülls).

Die Toplage in Yport nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt, überhaupt der gemütliche Ferienort Yport. Geschäfte und gemütliche Restaurants waren ausreichend vorhanden. Es war nicht überlaufen. Die Wohnung hatte viele Annehmlichkeiten an technischer Ausrüstung, zwei Toiletten, Dusche und Badewanne, großer Kühlschrank mit großer Gefriertruhe. Terrasse und geräumiger Wohnbereich.
Zuerst die Betten haben wir als sehr unbequem empfunden, die Matratzen waren durchgelegen. Zum Teil war es unsauber, vor allem Geschirr und Besteck, aber auch der Ofen. Die Blumenbeete auf der Terrasse waren ungepflegt. Die fehlende Tür zum Dachzimmer, fehlender Parkplatz am Haus, nur kostenpflichtige Parkplätze im Ort.
