weird apartment in awesome location

The location is awesome, just a few meters from the seashore and the city is tiny but really cute! The parking is challenging in the whole city, but not crazy expensive, the apartment itself is not very comfortable and with practically shared toilet. The rooms are fine and so is the kitchen

The apartment is spread over 4 floors with the toilet being on the ground floor across another apartment. The linens and towels are not included.

very very near the sea,spacious appartment. i think also very complete kitchen, but we didn’t cook. near a nice restaurant with seaview.

after we booked we found out that we had to pay for sheets separately. we’re not used to that. it’s very noisy. we heard a lot of noise from outside in the evening/night (the owner can’t do anything about that of of course). And despite that we tried to be very quiet in de morning, the neighbors downstairs complained to us of walking on the stairs to loud. so maybe not the best place for light sleepers.

Außerhalb der Saison für eine Nacht ok.

Die Lage zum Strand ist gut.

Das Zimmer befindet sich in einem ehemaligen Ladengeschäft auf Autostrassenebene mit entsprechendem Lärmpegel. Es ist schwierig, einen Parkplatz in der Nähe zu finden. Vor dem ~300m entfernten Casino gibt es gegen Gebühren welche. Bei der telefonischen Einweisung monierte die Vermieterin, ich hätte die 300(!)€ Kaution, nicht überwiesen und die Mietbedingungen für Wäsche nicht gelesen, was mich schockierte, da das Mitbringen von Bettwäsche und Handtüchern bisher bei Booking-Mietungen unüblich war. Die Vermieterin erließ mir im Laufe des Gesprächs den Betrag von 300€ und verlangte, in bar 8€ pro Person für Bettwäsche und Handtücher zu hinterlassen.

Le fait que le linge de lit et de toilette soit proposé en supplément payant ; à la place, un "kit" pour la plage de galets, même en supplément payant serait un plus (futon/bain de soleil...).

Gut für Kurzaufenthalt - Schlüsselübergabe verbesserungswürdig

Super Lage mitten im Dorf und wenige Meter vom Meer, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Zimmer war schön, die Ausstattung gut.

Keine abschliessbare Tür zum Badezimmer, grosse Fenster direkt am Gehsteig, man ist fast wie im Schaufenster, wenn man die Storen hochlässt. Für Kurzaufenthalt gut, länger als 2 Nächte würde ich dort aber nicht bleiben. Bettzeug und Handtuch muss man für 8 € p/P dazumieten. Die Schlüsselübergabe war mühsam. Man bekommt zuvor einen Link geschickt, der auf eine Seite ausserhalb von Booking führt, wo man ein Depot von mehreren hundert Euro einzahlen muss, um weitere Angaben für die Schlüsselübergabe zu bekommen. Ich fand das irritierend, dachte, es sei Spam und klickte nicht auf den Link. Bei Ankunft vor Ort musste dann alles geregelt werden (ok mein Fehler), aber als ich schliesslich das Depot einzahlen wollte, funktionierte es nicht, ich klickte x-mal und musste mit der Dame von der Unterkunft rumtelefonieren, die zum Glück sehr nett und kulant war, so dass es ohne Depot ging. Warum kompliziert, wenn es auch einfach geht? Die Unterkunft ist auch überhaupt nicht angeschrieben. Kein Schild, nichts. All das zusammen wirkt leider unseriös, auch wenn die Dame sehr nett war und der Aufenthalt alles in allem dann gut. Gleich nebenan ist ein Café, der Besitzer war mega genervt, weil dauernd Leute kommen, die die Unterkunft nicht finden und die Schlüsselübergabe kompliziert ist.

L emplacement est sympa.

Le logement n'était pas très propre, les meubles sont vétustes.(Lit cassé, chaise cassée). Cafetière usée , le congélateur était sale... Ce n'était pas très propre. Les draps et les serviettes sont en supplément, c'est écrit effectivement.

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bei fantastischer Lage.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich fantastisch – gefühlt keine 10 m vom Strand weg, direkt nebenan ist ein Café und 100 m die Straße hoch gibt es ein Lebensmittelgeschäft. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter läuft gut und man bekommt Tipps für die Umgebung. Wir hatten die Wohnung mit drei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern belegt und dafür war der Preis dann in Anbetracht der Lage sehr gut.

Die Ausstattung ist okay und es ist eben ein schmales Town House, d.h. Toilette, ganz unten, Badezimmer, ein Stockwerk darüber und Schlafbereich ein bis zwei Stockwerke darüber. Das Ganze ist recht schmal/eng, mit viel Treppensteigen verbunden und wer einmal da war, versteht auch, warum die Wohnung nur mit fünf Personen belegt werden sollte obwohl sieben Betten vorhanden sind.

A part l’emplacement, rien qui vaille le détour.

Plusieurs déceptions: C’est humide et ça sent le moisi. Les draps et serviettes fournies pour 16€ ne comprennent pas le service que le lit soit fait a l’arrivée et il n’y a pas de serviettes pour les cheveux ni pour les mains. C’est exorbitant de demander 16€ pour claquer deux serviettes et des draps sur un lit. Le matelas n’est pas confortable et n’est pas adapté aux grandes personnes. C’est sombre et lugubre, de fait d’etre au rez de chaussée… La salle de bain est mal conçue, une poutre au milieu du chemin et pas de porte… super pour l’intimité! En résumé, pour une nuit et si vous n’êtes pas sensible a l’humidité, aux odeurs, aucun soucis que votre partenaire entende vos mouvements de selles et que vous avez vos propres draps et serviettes et un dos en pleine santé c’est passable. Personnellement si je reviens a Yport, j’éviterai. Je vous souhaite de prendre ce commentaire en compte afin d’améliorer votre logement, il y a du potentiel a être si proche de la mer.

Расположение, выход сразу к проливу и мелованным скалам! Рядом дешевая парковка - за ночь всего 0,7 евро. Был чай и кофе, вся посуда. Удобная кровать.

Немного сложно было найти ключи, и была доплата за полотенца и постельное - это не входило в общую стоимость, и пока не оплатили полотенца и постельное, нам не хотели говорить код от ящика с ключом. Туалет за шторкой - нет двери, это странно

Die Lage. Ein ruhiger Ort.

Wir haben uns entschieden nach der Hälfte des Aufenthalts abzubrechen. Die Räumlichkeit war sehr hellhörig. Wir haben alles von den Nachbarn mitbekommen. Zum Bad gab es keine Tür wie auf den Bildern, sondern nur einen Vorhang. Privatsphäre war so nicht wirklich gegeben. Sauber war es auch nicht. Die Esszimmerstühle waren versifft. Die Küchenschränke wurden schon lange nicht mehr ausgewischt. Es war staubig. Selbst die Spinnennetze waren bereits eingestaubt. Das Apartment war sehr klein. Für den Preis zu klein.

Maison sur 3 étages les WC sont en bas la salle de bain cuisine et salon au 1er 2 grandes chambres au 2eme et une autre au 3 ème La maison n'est pas adaptée pour des personnes âgées ou jeunes enfants. Plutôt pour des amis ou couples av grands enfants.

Le logement est à quelques centaines de mètres de la mer. L'hôte a été arrangeante, joignable et aimable. Vous aurez des indications, laissées par l'hôte, qui vous faciliterons le séjour. Ville charmante, je recommande cette escapade.

Buena ubicación

La ubicación es excelente y la llegada es con indicaciones muy claras. La calefacción excelente! Fuimos en invierno.

El horario de check out decía 10:30 AM pero me pidieron que me fuera a las 10 AM. Te cobran aparte las toallas pero no nos dejaron toalla de mano. Se escucha todo lo del vecino.
