Fantastic space and great location

Fantastic conversion with modern technology and appliances. Really enjoyed our stay for my friends 30th, great location to the main area for nightlife. It’s a shame about the hot tub not being in use as that would’ve made it even better! I’d recommend this stay to anyone, it was great value for money and a unique place to stay in Blackpool

The property was absolutely stunning, amazing space and really comfortable, it was close enough to the main strip of Blackpool but far enough away for the peace and quiet.

We loved the layout of the property and the design was amazing.

A spacious & upmarket stay, great for two couples.

The decor and tasteful conversion of a church was great! The location is very good, a short stroll to the nightlight but not noisy at night. Good parking options (for a fee)… a decent loading / unloading bay immediately outside. We would definitely return!!

Confusion over the Hot Tub! We saw it mentioned in reviews but not listed: turns out there is an amazing hot tub but it’s out of service and drained from water. Not to be confused with the jacuzzi-bath. One bathroom for 3 bedrooms is not enough… an extra toilet would have been useful, at least! The minimum number of towels were provided and just about enough for two couples… three couples would have had to request more towels. Ladies require extra towels for their hair! Maintenance issues: 1. The mattresses are too soft, they all need replacing. 2. One bar-stool had a loose, squeaky leg. 3. Hallway light switch needs attention, loose cable. 4. Front door needs replacing for something more secure - as others have mentioned, there is a big gap which attracts attention. Fans are needed in summer… they are not costly to provide and are very much needed when it’s hot! Finally, we “sent message to the host” on two occasions - the one prior to arrival was ignored, the one sent regarding maintenance issues was answered by an agent who told us they would pass the information on the owners. As a host myself, I felt that a ‘personal touch’ or welcome was lacking and the agency was not very interested in guest communication which is poor when people are paying a higher rate than average.

Disgusting behaviour from management company

Disgusting!!!!! Shameful staff who claimed to be making 38million a year but is sat on minimum wage replying to messages on Booking.com yeah with no manners such a ugly piece of shit with clearly no life ,Nice character property very spacious

Who ever is maintaining the property and managing it has let it run down to the ground and the staff well i would keep well away if you need anything as you will be treated diabolically

Great night stay perfect for a family! We had a great time and will be back!

We stayed for one night with family and children, the place is absolutely huge plenty of room for everyone, three double bedrooms all clean and tidy! We even brought our own blow up beds for the kids and they wanted to sleep in the hallway and make camp beds. It had a Great big bathroom with shower and hot tub (which the kids absolutely loved bath time with the changing colour lights and bubbles) very clean! the location is perfect if your planning a night out in Blackpool as it’s a one minute walk to the pubs and clubs we had walkabout and slug and lettuce a stone throw away! We jumped in the tram which was about five minutes walk to the seafront and went to the other piers, Would definitely recommend for the price! I stay in Blackpool every year I just wish I came across this sooner! I won’t be staying anywhere else now! Thanks for a great stay! 5stars from us x

May be a Little noisy on The nights as it’s round the corner from the pubs but we didn’t mind it at all, if you wanted somewhere silent then maybe stay a bit further away

We hired this place as it has a hot tub which has been great in the past, unfortunately when we booked this nowhere in the description did it say the hot tub was out of use, we found this out on arrival when we walked in. It was very disappointing.

Location, size of the property and facilities, some of the best in Blackpool. A quality period property conversion. Ideal if you have a large family and want to rent a whole apartment. TV’s in every room!! 😎 Indoor Jacuzzi is just the best!! 🙌🏽

Remote didn’t work for tv in first bedroom on the right, fortunately we brought one of the boys Xbox which connected straight up and negated the need for a remote, otherwise we’d of had one unhappy little sibling. A manual or instructions on jacuzzi settings would be a good addition.

Looks good but is filthy.

The apartment itself has excellent interior design.

How unclean it was. Rotting food in the dishwasher, on cutlery, food on the table and table mats. Rubbish bags everywhere full of old food. Floors dirty. The door had some sort of oven glove over the letter box. The beds dipped in the middle. Bogeys on the walls.
