We were at the apartment for 2 weeks and loved it. The apartment is located in a central place at the beautiful historic centre of Alghero close to all the lovely streets, restaurants and shops. It is fully equipped with all necessary facilities, and for us, a couple with 2 daughters ages 11 and 14, it was important to have separate bedrooms for the girls. Also, the floor is parquet which in my opinion is more comfortable when walking barefoot at home than ceramics. There are 2 showers, which again, with teenage daughters, is a major plus. When closing the windows the apartment is very quiet, and when opening the window in the living room in the evenings we could enjoy listening to the street singer. It is close to the beach, 10-15 min walk. And I want to thank Eduardo, the property manager, who took care of small issues that arose (mainly due to lack of familiarity with the facilities) and even without asking brought more coffee capsules and soap for the dishwasher.
Only 2 things were less than optimal, the bed mattresses could be of better quality and the toilet seat which slightly moved when sitting on them.

Appartamento molto ben curato e fornito di tutto quello che si potrebbe aver bisogno in vacanza.Posizione ottima in centro città vicino a tutti ristoranti, ma ben insinorizzato.Il proprietario molto disponibile per i nostri orari sia di check in che check out.
Ci siamo trovati molto bene.
Direi un ottimo posto dove alloggiare in vacanza.Ritorneremo di sicuro.Lo consiglio vivamente.

The property completely exceeded our expectations. It was situated right in the heart of alghero. It’s in a lively area but there aren’t noise disturbances when trying to sleep. The apartment was spotless when we arrived and had more amenities than we had envisioned making it a very comfortable stay. Edoardo was a very helpful host and any questions I had were addressed almost immediately. The apartment was spacious and has a charming interior. Overall we had a fabulous week and would definitely return!!
My only critique would be the bins were slightly awkward having a very strict regime and having to walk to different locations to drop it off dependent on the day. None of the centres were open on Sundays and as we left on a Monday it was hard to dispose of this waste before checkout.

Abbiamo soggiornato ad Alghero per 3 notti in 5 persone e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa è molto bella, spaziosa e comoda, dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole, insomma non manca proprio nulla!. La posizione nel centro storico è perfetta per visitare la città e i dintorni.La casa inoltre si affaccia su una bellissima piazzetta che la sera si anima a festa, ma nonostante ciò in casa non si sentiva nulla, insonorizzazione perfetta!!. Il proprietario Edoardo è stato estremamente gentile, disponibile e sempre presente per ogni esigenza o informazione. Ci siamo sentiti accolti e seguiti con grande attenzione. Un’esperienza assolutamente positiva e che ripeteremo sicuramente. Non possiamo che consigliare a chiunque voglia trascorrere qualche giorno ad Alghero Casa Gilbert....Top😊
