We had an amazing stay! The property was clean, cozy, and perfectly suited for me and my friends. The location was ideal for exploring the beautiful surroundings, and we truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommend and would love to come back!

The condo was perfect for our family of 6. The kids loved the bunk beds and the view from the patio was gorgeous. Though small, the living area was quite comfortable and the arm chairs were excellent. We appreciated the games and books available. The location was great for getting to Franconia Notch, and the condo amenities were perfect for the family to enjoy. There are multiple pools, some for family swim, others for adults only.
Just a few things to note from the listing. There is no AC, so it can get a bit hot in the summer. The fans are helpful and overall we managed just fine. The shared pools and community center are a short drive away and walking would be a bit more challenging. As the listing notes, there is a fee if more than one person will use the amenities at a time. Swimming in the pond is free.
