About this house rental
Enjoy this cozy end-unit townhouse all year round. Terrific mountain views during all seasons.
The 3 levels give the renter many options for accommodations.
A a Mini Split system provides heating and cooling.
The top level has a master bedroom with a queen size bed, a full bathroom, and a loft with a queen size futon.
The bottom level has a large bedroom with twin beds, a full size bathroom, a bunk room (2 beds), and a laundry room.
Walk out to deck and grassy area from lower level.
The middle level has the foyer, kitchen, dining area, and a good sized living room.
WIFI is included with Fire Smart TVs. No Cable.
Bluetooth Speaker Provided (not a wee one either)
Although there is a fireplace, per association rules and regs, renters are not allowed to use the fireplace because of insurance restrictions.

2 indoor pools
2 outdoor pool (1 an adult only)
a pond for swimming and fishing
another pond for skating
locker room facilities
an outdoor basketball court
tennis courts

More than 4 persons - Saturday, Sunday & Holidays fee per person $20.00
• Seniors 65 plus - $10.00
• Children 8-17 are $10.00
• Children 7 and under are free
• Twilight pass after 4PM - $10 per person
• Seniors and children 8-17 - $5.00
More than 4 persons weekday pass (Monday-Friday) fee per person $10.00
• Seniors 65 Plus - $5.00
• Children 8-17 are $5.00
• Children 7 and under are free
After 6pm – public access to the Summit Lounge and Deck for dinner and refreshments only.
• Public will have access to outdoor bar, deck, and lounge

Great property, great host. I’m not sure how others had issues with nav or instructions, learn a map, just be a steward, leave it easier and better for the next group. Follow the instructions, they do a fantastic job.

The condo is ok.The basement bedroom is damp and smells musty.Had to kill spiders down there.We had the address to the complex but not the apt.number.Luckily we saw someone that lived there and she pointed us in the right building.Want other people know you have to turn the water on.Have to do breaker for hot water.Put on the sheets yourself.
