About this villa rental
Up the road from the beach and overlooking La Romana Country Club golf course, this unique villa has 360° of garden and golf views. Rooms have private garden terraces, premium a/c, large flat screen tvs, and first in class memory foam mattresses. The modern Italian Viking kitchen opens to a stunning pool deck and jacuzzi, perfect for entertaining or relaxing. Unlike any other villa. A truly unique experience.
House comes with chef, maid and waitress.
BEDROOM LAYOUT (ALL UNDER SPLIT UNIT AC CONTROL):
-Bedroom 1: 1 king bed, en suite full bath
-Bedroom 2: 1 king bed, en suite full bath
-Bedroom 3: 2 queen beds, en suite full bath
-Bedroom 4: 2 queen beds, en suite full bath
-Bedroom 5: 2 queen beds, en suite full bath
KITCHEN/DINING: Kitchen with stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, blender, and all basic necessities. Dining table with seating for 12 people.
INDOOR LIVING AREAS:
-The main living area is not under AC, all doors open up to garden and pool
-Smart TV.
-Bluetooth speakers for guests to play music inside and out.
-There is a second living room and office with AC shared between the two king bedrooms.
OUTDOOR SPACE:
-Pool
-Jacuzzi (heated)
-Comfortable outdoor furniture, chaise lounges, umbrella, dining table
-Exquisite panoramic golf course view of La Romana Country Club
STAFF:
-3 full time staff (housekeeper, waitress, and chef) who work 9am-4:30pm daily (unless otherwise requested). Services include daily personal laundry, meal prep and serve, bartending services, villa maintenance, etc. Preparation of both breakfast and lunch included as part of the basic service (renter supplies food), with dinner service available at additional cost (USD$50 for their taxi home after employee transportation ends).
-Private staff entrance and private maid’s quarters.

5-minute golf cart ride to Playa Minitas and Minitas Beach Club! Complete access to all resort facilities, a well-stocked grocery and liquor store in the Marina, all hotel pools and restaurants, movie theater, tennis courts, golf courses, and much more.
RESORT FEE: Not included in the nightly rate is a resort fee charged per day by Casa de Campo for use of resort amenities (see attached photo in the listing photos for detailed description) and payment is collected upon arrival to the resort on the day of your check-in.
Per person, per night current rates are:
$25/adult (ages 13 and older)
$12/child (between the ages of 4-12 years old)
Free: children under 4 years of age

$30/adult (ages 13 and older)

Amazing time!!! We had 2 adult families totaling 10ppl. Every single person upon arriving home agreed this was one of our best family vacations. The host was extremely welcoming and communication exceeded expectations. The property, pool, rooms, staff, golf carts, amenities, transportation, food was all fantastic. Would highly recommend and look forward to coming back again.
