Inside your sweet retreat, you'll instantly feel a sense of warmth. Discover a sun-drenched living room adorned with leather seating, a large TV, and a fireplace. In the adjacent full kitchen, the meal prep space is ample and the appliances are updated. Dining as a family comes easy at the formal dining table, or alfresco on one of the wrap-around balconies.
Each of the five bedrooms has been carefully decorated with nautical-themed decorations, soft linens, and other great amenities like central air-conditioning, and ample windows. Indulge in you-time when you prepare for each day in the primary bedroom's en suite bathroom where dual sinks, a marvelous jetted tub, and an impressive walk-in shower await.

The private pool is open seasonally from 4/26/2025 and closes 10/12/2025. Dates are subject to change.
The pool will open seasonally from 04/01/2026 and close 10/10/2026. Dates are subject to change.
Occupancy is limited to two people per bedroom as per Dare County septic regulations.
Streaming services available with guests’ own account(s).
There is a pet relief area for furry family members.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The check in process was horrible and gave us a rough start to our trip… they sent me an access code to the lock and when we arrived there were no digital lock’s anywhere so we drove to the management property where it said we could pick up keys, and of course checkin is after 5pm and the office closes at 5pm… there were no keys at the office for us. I spent 2 hours on the phone with CS who were doing their best to help us but there wasn’t much they could do when management screwed up and they were closed. We sat outside of the house for 2.5 hours with a very hungry and tried toddler. Finally at 8:30pm someone showed up with keys to let us in. It was absolutely ridiculous!!!
The house was beautiful as expected but we found lots of dishes with food on them so you should wash every dish before using them… there were ants everywhere inside and outside which made it a pain when eating a meal. The grills looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a decade so my husband spent an hour trying to clean them as best he could. Not to mention the extremely old dog poop on the top floor balcony….
The area was absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. Neighbors are very friendly and even offered for us to come over and eat dinner the night we arrived and were stuck outside with a toddler.
The house itself had lots to do! Arcade games, pool table, TVs in every room, fridge downstairs which made drinks easily accessible by the pool, and the walk to the beach was less than a minute.
