Large Tub - Sleeps 9 - No Cleaning Fees!

Amazing place in a perfect location! Lots of room and very cozy. If our group comes back to Omaha we 100% want to stay here again!

The accommodations were perfect for our 5 night stay. The location is footsteps from excellent restaurants and shops in Old Market. We also did our share of cooking and found everything we needed in the kitchen. We appreciated having some items in the kitchen and bathroom that many other vacation rentals won’t include like snacks and toiletries. The free parking in the garage was convenient. Communication with property management was easy. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Omaha.

Check in- the email had all wrong door codes and it wasn't clear the you had to text when you got there to get updated codes. Waited outside the door for a bit in the cold! Otherwise the space was great and clean. There are loud bars beneath the rental, but they even provide ear plugs!!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the space worked well for our group. The property was clean, the access instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the beds were very comfortable.There were a few minor things that could improve the experience, mainly in the kitchen. It was missing some basic cooking items such as a mixing bowl, liquid measuring cup, and a standard set of measuring cups. There were also very limited linens available for the kitchen and bathrooms, with only a couple dish towels and a small number of washcloths provided for a group of 5.We did experience a maintenance issue during our stay, but the property manager was very responsive and quick to arrange assistance, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, our interaction with the maintenance staff was not as positive. The individual who responded came across as abrasive and dismissive, and the communication during the visit felt unnecessarily accusatory rather than solution focused.That aside, the condo itself was nice, comfortable, and fit our needs well overall.
