I loved absolutely everything. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, with a beautiful view from the window. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept really well. The air conditioning kept the room at a pleasant temperature, even in hot weather. I especially loved the hotel grounds — they are beautiful, well-maintained, and have a wonderful atmosphere. Even though I live in Georgia and came here just for a short getaway, it really felt like I had traveled somewhere for a proper vacation. It’s a wonderful place to completely switch off, relax, and enjoy your stay.
I would also like to mention Lika and Lana at the reception — they were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The reception representative Nia and Irkali the manager were very nice and took care of everything we needed.
There are a lot of activities for kids, a nice water park and beautiful beaches. The breakfast is good with a large variety of food. The beds are very comfortable and the room was nice with a lovely sea view.
There is no spa it is still under construction.
T1he water park is with an extra fee of 30 GEL per person.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. They were friendly, supportive, and kindly upgraded our room at no extra cost, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The beachfront location was another highlight, offering beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was good, with a decent variety, although it was fairly average compared to the rest of the experience.
There are a few areas that could be improved. Some facilities within the resort required additional charges, which was a bit disappointing. Also, our room showed signs of wear and could benefit from some maintenance to match the overall quality of the resort.
