Cocoa Beach Pool House

We just got back from our stay over Memorial Day Weekend and had an absolute fabulous time! The property was perfect for our group. Our 2 dogs LOVED the huge backyard and really enjoyed their walks around the neighborhood. The beach was a short walk away and Publix was so close, which was super convenient to make a quick trip for food/essentials. The large table in the kitchen was perfect for gathering for dinner and games at the end of a great day spent either at the beach or hanging by the pool. The beds/sheets were hotel grade and the house was very, very clean. Every room had a TV and I can't think of anything that we needed that wasn't there. The kitchen is well stocked with pan, dishes, cup, condiments, foil, etc. We grilled steaks on the "Egg" and they came out fantastic. Extra info: There is a Mexican restaurant in the Publix plaza called Salsas that had really, really awesome food. Highly recommended and again, is a 5 minute walk from the house. We will be back!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this Cocoa Beach home! It was the perfect setup for our group of family and friends, offering plenty of space and top-notch amenities.The Highlights:The House: The kitchen features a massive table that easily accommodated our entire crew for meals and hanging out. The kids spent most of their time in the pool or up on the upstairs deck enjoying the views.Pet Friendly: Our two yellow labs were in heaven! The large, fully fenced-in backyard gave them plenty of room to run and play safely, which is always a huge plus for us.The Location: You really can’t beat this spot. It’s an easy walk to the beach, and we loved being so close to local restaurants and stores. It’s a very friendly, quiet neighborhood.Special Bonus: We happened to be in town during the Cocoa Beach Airshow, and it was the highlight of the trip. We saw the Blue Angels flying right over the house several times—having a front-row seat from the backyard and deck was an unforgettable experience!If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-located home that truly caters to large groups and pets, this is it. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Cooper was a very responsive host. Mostly due to some unusual weather conditions there were a few items that needed attention at the start of the the three week stay. Cooper responded immediately to solve the issues. Accentuating what we saw as positives, house was close to beach & only two blocks to a Publix and walking distance to a bunch of varied and decent restaurants. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood without much traffic. Compass our dog loved the large fenced in yard to explore and long walks in the neighborhood.Since it was unusually cold for Florida, the solar heated pool was unable to keep temperature so that was a bummer. The pool itself was large and nice. The expanse of patio lounging areas was also a plus. We utilized the nice grilles provided for some great meals. All in all a nice winter getaway.
