It is conveniently situated near popular tourist destinations like the Santa Monica Pier, Venice Beach, and the Venice canals, as well as local hot spots such as the Marina, the A frame, Sunny Spot, and Abbott Kinney. Additionally, the apartment is only 4.5 miles from LAX airport. The area boasts a variety of good restaurants, beautiful views of boats.

I have an extra inflatable mattress queen size with pillows, sheets, blankets.

Apartment was very nice very clean. However, the description said it had a pullout bed. And the listing says the apartment sleeps four. However, once we got there with our 15-year-old daughter there was no pullout couch. The owner explained he got a new couch and didn’t update the listing. He stated there are two air mattresses, both of which had leaks in them. The couch is very small for someone like a teenager to sleep on. So I recommend this property but for only one or two people.
