    酒店的房型种类非常多，所以在预定时特意选择了有泳池景观的房型。到酒店办理入住的时却说 Agoda 给酒店发去的订单只是一个普通的 king size 的大床房，没写泳池景观、所以没办法给我泳池景观的房间。酒店前台给我的解决方案只能是我自己去找 Agoda！ 而 好不容易联系上了Agoda 的人工客服，却只会说尽力去联系酒店，让我等待回复！ 直到我住了两天面对停车场的房间，并且已经退房后，才收到 Agoda 的进一步信息，说他们还没有得到酒店的回复，而这时我已经离开洛杉矶了。

    Was worried after reading some of the review but this place ended up being amazing. Loved the location and the room was big and clean. Staff were friendly. Pool and outdoor area was really nice too. Bonus for the girls: there’s an ULTA beauty right across the street!
