Newly remodeled, single story, cozy 5 Bedrooms, 2 baths, that can sleep 9. Easy front door ramp access. Attached Sun/Game Room with 65" TV & dedicated A/C unit. Features an expansive & functional modern living space, with up-to-date furniture and fully equipped kitchen.
PARKING ARRANGEMENTS
1. Guesthouse parking is inbetween the front lawn and westside of the garage. Can accommodate 1 vehicle.
2. Main House parking is directly infront of the entryway.
a. Driveway can accommodate 3 small cars or 2 large vehicles.
3. Please make sure to keep the main driveway clear of obstruction.
4. Free street parking is available if needed.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire Guesthouse and share the laundry area with the main house guests except for a few closets, and cabinets that have locks.
Other things to note
We have a no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in an additional fee of $500 to cover supplemental cleaning care.
In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect at this property.
Additional guests fees may apply
No pets allowed, but if you must bring a pet, there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay. Also, an extra guest fee applies after the 6th guest of $25 per person, per night.
If there are any miscellaneous balls found in the backyard, please return to the neighbor by throwing it over the wall. Facing the house, it will be the neighbor on the rightside. Thank You!
