I did like the room a lot and the bed it filled has new mattress floor clean but the walls by the lighting switches not cleaned and at night a had to use the restroom and surprise found two nasty cockroaches I kill them but that gives me a bad impression and disgusting. I do appreciate you asking me. I am looking forward to stay there on my next trip and I hope I get the same bed 🙏🏼

No sleep, stinky neighbors, paper thin walls.

It was convenient and clean. The staff was very helpful

The walls were very thin. The people next to us smoked pot most of the night and had very loud sex. That was the second night. The first night the people in the room next to us got in about 2:30 in the morning and partied until 4:30. If you like the smell of pot and listening to people party loudly,this is the place to stay. I am going home very tired and discussed.

Best Motel 6 I have stayed in since July 2025.

I like Frankie. He is friendly and professional. He helped me learn how to navigate my stay online and in person. His language skills were outstanding. I liked the good water pressure in the shower, that the refrigerator had a separate freezer with a door so my salads did not freeze and my frozen entrees and veggies did not defrost. The a/c and heat worked especially well. The mattresses were very comfortable in the room I was in. The TV worked great with the new replaced in the first 10 minutes in my room. The Claremont Motel 6 has the best landscaping and parking accessibility. I always stay here as long as I can because I have a dog and they are affordable. Excellent experience. Thank you Frankie.

Housekeeping has some challenges for me. Very few of their staff speak enough English. There are no cleaning tools in the room to sweep/ mop the floors myself and if you have a dog you might need one. Also there are not enough outside trash cans, they are often too full.

When checked in staff behind counter wasn’t friendly at all . Had to go back to office 3 times in two days room key had to be reprogrammed. That was inconvenient. Ice machine by room didn’t work. But still might stay again it was located close to where we wanted to visit .

They don’t serve breakfast, location is okay

Requested for lower building they said it’s not available because of flooding issues, room 262 has really bad odor, stinks so bad, that we need to buy eliminating odor spray at the store and I used to spray my daughter’s perfume to smell better, if you have asthma or allergies I suggest to find other hotel in the area, because I called the office he said he will send someone to check but never comes. Requested for flat iron just a promise never bring it to our room so many excuses, request for the check out confirmation or receipt because I returned the key denied per agent because I book online, poor service.

room was clean, but kinda funky. if you’re not a big fan of cable, i don’t recommend ! lots of food places though

the view of the mountain, how many food places it’s by and how close the freeway is.

the room kinda smelled funny, like it was mopped with dirty mop water. the tv is so close to the wall you can’t even plug in any hdmi cords and when i finally able to get it the remote didn’t work.

A little disappointed

I love the location. Close to all my events.

They have removed the refrigerators and microwaves, plus put in plants where there once was grass. Has become less dog friendly and I stay here because of my dog events.

I was disappointed because I have stayed at this motel in the past and it didn’t seem as nice .

The room was very clean. Service at the front desk was excellent.

The plumbing is very noisy and the walls are very thin so I was woken up several times during the night. There was no hairdryer or coffee maker. Also there were no tissues.

It was a fair stay for the time I did spend on the property but some things NEED TO BE ADDRESSED!

The location is prime for my life so that was the most liked part.

I like the motel but honestly I didn’t feel really safe being the rooms I was assigned because most them the door latch had been compromised and it appeared to look like it was a patch job to rent the rooms out. There has been a lot of unnecessary chaos from some of the guest with either barking dogs all thru the day and night to physical altercations and while I was there at one point there was a homicide committed in the parking lot and I was awaken by the LA county sheriff and Claremont PD in the middle of the night asking if I heard anything or seen anything. Some of the issues I listed I’m aware that the property itself at fault but some of the important issues about safety need to addressed and handled. I enjoy staying at the property but some things could better obviously.

I did like the location it is near lots of restaurants, stores and a Starbucks. Right off the freeway and the park like setting near the pool was very relaxing. .Office staff was friendly and helpful , they did give me a room on the ground floor as I had requested .

The bed was noisy , it made noise every time I sat on it or moved my body. I'm a light sleeper so I didn't like that very much. Everything in the room is old , but it is comfortable .

I was very impressed by the friendly and accommodating staff. Frankie at the front desk consistently provides excellent service. If any issues arise, Jose from maintenance is incredibly responsive and takes care of things promptly. The housekeeping staff deserves special mention for their generosity; they are always happy to provide fresh towels, clean sheets, and toilet paper, going above and beyond by even including extra bars of soap. It's reassuring to know that these essential amenities, which are factored into the total price (typically ranging from $67-$120), are so readily available and handled without hesitation.
