Overall experience was great..did not have any issues. Will book again for our next trip back to Indianapolis..have lots of close by restaurants, sky bridge to convention center and mall..

Everything about this suite was awesome! Our only concern was that the public spaces in the building, especially the hallways were pretty best up. That being said there's nothing the owners could do about that. The suite was great, comfy, clean, and right in the heart of downtown. Perfect location. A great stay!

There were good things about this property -- the location and the actual unit were great. The apartment was clean and as pictured. However, there were two major problems. 1. The hallway from the elevator to the apartment had really gross old carpet that smelled horribly of urine. 2. It was the first week of May, but we couldn't get the unit under 76 degrees once we used the shower and using one blow dryer. The place was so humid our drinks were sweating, and the windows were wet. Everyone left for our morning event sweaty and aggravated. There was actually a sign on the A/C warning us not to turn it too far down or it would break, so this is clearly a problem. I understand that this is an old building and A/C issues have to do with the old venting and are difficult to update. I also understand that the carpet and cleaning of the common areas probably have more to do with the building owner than the unit owner. But, then I would say not every property is suitable to VRBO. Coming town for a dressy event on a spring morning and leaving for it sweaty with frizzy hair was not in my plans. Lastly, there were signs and requests about not leaving bad reviews. In fact, the sign in the unit educated us on how VRBO dings them for anything less than 4.6. And then I got an email asking me to discuss problem with them before leaving a review. I just think they know it's not a desirable place to stay and want to prevent bad reviews more than they want to fix the problems.
