About this house rental
Relaxation area with a 3-seater JACUZZI
This space - located in one of the rooms of the house - is at your disposal throughout your stay without time restrictions! Only you have access to it.
This villa is located by the sea (500m walk from the beach) Located in a very quiet residential area, the house is accessible by a small street where you can easily park for free. Garden area and terrace facing South-West, equipped with table-chairs/barbecue.
The villa is on one level:
1 room relaxation area
1 bedroom with 1 double bed
1 bedroom with 2 single beds,
1 bathroom with Italian shower (hairdryer provided),
1 toilet,
1 kitchen open to living-dining room with bay window that opens onto the terrace with sea view.
This villa was built in 2023.
The provision of additional equipment on request (baby equipment, toys and beach tent, etc.)
Cleaning fee = €50 for 1 night, €70 for 2 nights or more
(mandatory due to the management of the jacuzzi and the current health situation)
"Surprise" box services (champagne, rose petals, etc.) possible, contact me
Self-check-in possible via key box.
Ideally located, close to the sea and shops:
In Blainville-sur-mer: Beach and restaurants at 600m, Shops (Carrefour Market at 200m)
In Agon-Coutainville, seaside resort with many activities: 18-hole golf course at 1.5km (20mins walk), Casino Partouche at 2km (25mins walk), Hippodrome (Saturday market location) at 1.7km (20mins walk), equestrian center, Sailing school (catamaran, sand yacht, water walking, windsurfing, kite, stand up paddle, optimist, trimaran, kayak), Tennis, Cinema, supervised beach, restaurants on the seafront And very beautiful places for walking (the 4 km promenade-sea wall, the Pointe d'Agon listed natural site, walk in Le Havre ...): many walking circuits and cycle paths.
In the department, you can also find:
- Mont Saint Michel (1h20)
- Cherbourg with the Cité de la Mer (1h)
- The landing beaches (Utah Beach, Saint Mère Eglise) (1h)
- Port Racine = the smallest port in France! (1h15)
- Jersey and Guernsey via the boat from Barneville Carteret or Granville
