The black house on the golf j

The house is completely covered with black zinc. It is new. It is located in a very quiet protected area. The garden in two parts is 1600 m2 and gives directly on the hole number 14 of the Golf (direct access). The house is located 10 minutes by bike from the beach and shops (bike path 100 m from the house which directly reaches the beach. Possibility to park cars on the part of the garden overlooking the road. The house is 165 m2 on the ground. There is parquet throughout the house and cement tiles in the kitchen and a bathroom.
