About this apartment rental
Absolutely stunning apartment with decor to the highest degree. First floor apartment (not ground floor) overlooking pool with large terrace for al fresco dining and smaller back terraces from the bedrooms. Each Large bedroom has own bathroom and walk in closet . Kitchen very well equipped with every modern appliance with separate laundry area. Condo has parking and large pool with basic gym. Just 6 min walk to a beautiful beach and 3 min to local bars, shops, restaurants. 24 hour security & 100 mb wifi.
The space
Brand new apartment furnished to the highest degree with every modern small and large appliances and washer / dryer in laundry area . Large open plan lounge with breakfast bar, dining table and 6 chairs, large sofa and 2 stylish armchairs with coffee table. Smart TV mounted on wall with 100mbps wifi throughout apartment. Access to ample terrace through sliding doors with view of pool area. Outside dining available with table and 6 chairs and sofa area. Master bedroom with King bed, large closet and ensuite bathroom with large double sink vanity and walk in shower. Second bedroom custom built bed with King size underneath and full above it (see photos). Great closet space that leads to ensuite bathroom with single vanity and walk in shower.

The complete apartment is for your use only. The apartment complex has a shared large pool and basic gymnasium to share with other guests.
Other things to note
This a newly furnished apartment and we ask that you take care and respect not just the apartment but the other tenants as well. No loud noise or parties allowed . No smoking either inside or outside either.
The area
Los Corales is alive with a great selection of bars and restaurants so you can choose to eat inside with AC or Al Fresco with the vibrant sounds of live music or Latin beats from the great bars and street cafes in this area. No need for a car as you can walk everywhere and the beach has a lot to offer with a great selection of beach bars etc to choose from too. As long as you drink or dine at the bars the sun loungers are free. The condo is 20 minutes from the Punta Cana airport and 10 minutes from downtown Punta Cana. The amazing Katmandu theme park opened in March 2023 which is a 5 minute drive. There are Ubers, taxis and local buses readily available and we can provide a driver for further trips.
