Panoramic mountain views and perched high above Lake Catherine with amazing sunsets. Fresh paint throughout as well as new furnishings. New lighting, USB lamps, outlets and towel warmer. Super clean. Kitchen is fully equipped with all new kitchenware. Private balcony to relax and watch everything from soaring bald eagles to deer. Cozy rental in a small, quiet set of condos. Perfect to retreat to after spending the day in Historical downtown. Spas, Oaklawn Casino and horse racing, Garvin Woodland Gardens, Hot Springs National Park are a short drive. Perfect for groups of 4 or less and min 2 day stay. Quiet bedroom community with park like setting. Golf and small bar and grill just inside gate entrance. Tennis, frisbee golf and large neighborhood pool. Bring your fishing boat (message for details), bikes or kayaks and access boat launch in Lake Catherine State Park next to this gated community. They also have daily boat rentals. Lake Hamilton boat launch is a short drive. Parking spots for 2 right by front door and overflow parking. Well lit private drive up and exterior. 3 smart TVs to stream your favorites and high speed WiFi. King and queen bedroom each with private bathrooms. Laundry nook. Small fire pit area and charcoal grill. Sunrise to the right and sunsets the left.

Beautiful property, amazing view, and not price gauging or a lot of extra fees. We cleaned what we use, and that was all that was needed. Host communicated well, and was not overly chatty. Sent very detail info, answered when we had questions, and sent a fair well. All the amenities and appliances were great and in excellent working condition. The only issue if it applies to you, was the shower size is a small, but functional. So if you’re kinda on the bigger side (plus size, or really tall) they of course have the very spacious tub. Nothing bad to say would go back!

Gorgeous view, weather was overcast, but on clear days/nights it's beautiful. This is an end unit, so it feels bigger, more open, the fire pit was also an excellent amenity. The beds/sofa were comfy, Keurig pods were stocked, had a towel warmer!, big jacuzzi style tub, the only issue was how tiny the showers are, never seen a shower stall that small. That was the only drawback, but not a huge deal.Everything else was fantastic, even with a lot of rain, we were still able to relax and enjoy all this place had to offer!! Would definitely stay here again.

There was an unknown feature on my new cellphone blocking the link to leave this review, so this review is tardy. I enjoyed my stay so much I pressed hard to discover the issue on my phone so that I could leave this review, despite undergoing a move to the countryside in my state of Kansas. Everything was perfect. The accomodations were clean, neatly organized, complete, extremely comfortable, quiet and restful. Also, the kitchen was well equipped and tasteful. We felt completely safe. The view off the deck was magnificent. The first morning two beautifully paired eagles came flying within 15 feet of the deck to land in trees behind which came the sunrise. We enjoyed the sweet singing of red birds and bluebirds during our stay. They were colorful and fun to watch. You felt like you were in an upscale accomodation with good paved roads but in the woods. There is also a poolnto enjoy in warmer westher in this gated community. It was peaceful and we would love to return. We only regret we neglected to leave a tip, an oversight which occurred due to our early morning departure, that being around 6:30 am and a lack of the 2nd cup of coffee. We were not awaje. Thank you for the delightful stay.
