This was a beautiful, comfortable tree house. The views from the porch were so lovely. There was plenty of space for the boys and the adults. We had an issue, and the owner came within 20 minutes, and fixed it. It was one of the lo liest stays I've had at a VBRO in years.

My family loved staying here. We had more than enough towels, bedding, & kitchen utensils/tableware/cookware.We loved enjoying the hot tub while overlooking the beautiful woodsy scenery. My kids loved exploring the woods in the back, found lots of quartz crystals!The location was fantastic too, close enough to Hot Springs but still felt like “getting away from it all”.

We really enjoyed our stay and this property. It was extremely clean and easy to steward. Laura, our host, quickly responded to all of our request and included some special treats that added to our enjoyment. The outdoor areas were so peaceful and quiet. The Windows allowed us to view birds, squirrels, and deer in the woods below. Also.... the Wi-Fi, Cell Phone, and TV signals were strong. Great A/C and plenty of hot water.

This was meant to be a little getaway from the busy life and enjoy peace and quiet while visiting something new and that is exactly what we got! The view was amazing! Nobody around us, everything in the property was super clean and neat as expected. If you have to pick a place to stay, this is the one. We are definitely come back to this place when we come back to visit hot springs. 10/10 recommend.

This place was amazing to stay at. Its about a 20 min drive to downtown but the community was so nice and the house was off to itself in the woods. The views were amazing esp looking out from the hot tub. There were deer everywhere which the kids loved watching. The perfect little house!

Super clean, convenient, and cozy place to stay! I am the one who is always worried about the sanitation of hotels/vacations homes, but this place was one of the cleanest! Clean bed sheets, towels, bathrooms, kitchen equipments, and shining floor let me put my guard down and be happy during my stay. Our goal for this trip was to completely relax so we didn’t do much, but for those who want to explore and have fun this place is 10-15 mins from downtown. They have trails and bath houses as well as small local shops/restaurants. Hot tub was our favorite! It was clean and big enough for 4 of us. Surrounded by tall trees, view was good and air was fresh. We brought our own pillows(we always do) but I felt comfortable enough to come without ours next time, and beds were comfortable as well. Laura was an amazing host to give us prompt answers to all our questions during our stay. It was very relaxing family staycation.Thank you for sharing this place with us!

This is a beautiful, comfy, and clean home. Everything that we needed was provided by the host. The home sits peacefully in the woods…a very pretty setting. The deer enjoy this setting as well. We will be returning and staying longer!

Step inside this lovely home and you'll feel like you are stepping into a treehouse. The home is surrounded by beautiful woods. Natural flows into the windows. It was perfect for our family of four. Clean home. Cohesive decor. All appliances worked great. Couldn't have asked for more. Thank you!

The house was so clean and had everything we needed including kitchenware and toiletries. The hot tub was a nice addition for a relaxing soak at the end of the day. We loved how close we were to Lake Catherine and to downtown Hot Springs - there were so many things to do! Our host was really responsive to my messages and left some snacks and a bottle of wine for us to enjoy. Everything was perfect for our family of 5. Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful home in Hot Springs. It had everything we needed plus more (the property manager left us snacks and frozen treats before check-in). She was super quick in answering any questions we had before and during our stay. We all enjoyed the views, the hot tub, cooking outside, etc. Highly recommend giving this place a stay!

This house is absolutely charming. It accommodated two adults and two teens well. Tucked away in the woods, it was such a peaceful landing pad after sightseeing. I saw another review say it feels like a treehouse and I couldn’t agree more. The owner was incredibly responsive and went WAY above and beyond. The house is very well-appointed, far beyond what we typically experience in a VRBO rental. We would recommend this home to anyone who is visiting Hot Springs. Close enough to easily get to all the things, and secluded enough to breathe deeply when you’re “home. I’m already missing reading on the deck! We would definitely stay here again!

The cabin was great and very clean and well stocked. We only had a few issues but weren’t deal breakers. The neighborhood had a community pool, but unfortunately, it was under construction. We were said to see this as this was something we checked off when searching for a place to rent. We were also never notified of the pool being closed so that was disappointing to drive up and see the construction. Also, the hot tub is almost unusable due to the location. It is on the lower deck and tucked under the house so it was very creepy and not enjoyable to sit in. It was clean, but the location made it useless. Lastly, there are zero blinds or curtains along the backside of the house. While no one can see in due to the trees, it still creeped out my children who were scared at night with all of the glass open. Again, none of those were dealbreakers. The cabin was clean and was a really neat place to stay.

We had no issues at all and if the opportunity arises again, here is where we will book. The only bummer was that the pool was not in operation but we made do. I highly recommend this property.

A great trip. The property met and exceeded all expectations. Everything worked, which is odd, remotes, fans, lights, hot tub... everything. Such a surprise! Hot tub was clean, functioning and seemed to have correct chemicals. Property manager/contact was extremely helpful, prompt, responsive, etc. The 15min drive to downtown Hot Springs goes by in a flash due to beautiful country side. The front gates to the community worked perfectly once we got it down. We felt safe and private for our entire stay. We loved the property design and decor. They even had a bottle of wine waiting for us. One of our best Vrbo experiences. We were talking about booking another visit before we even left.

I walked in and was very shocked at how clean the property was. It is definitely the cleanest place that I have ever stayed. I also was very pleased with all the things that were included. Plenty of trash bags, towels, dishes, toilet paper, soap, tooth brushes, tooth paste, etc. All that we really needed to bring was food, clothes, and drinks. Overall very impressed and would definitely stay again! The master bed was very comfy as well.

We had such a great time staying at the Lookout! It’s such a cool property and feels secluded and close to Lake Catherine State park. The hot tub was clean as well as the rest of the place and Laura went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable and taken care of. Will book again!

My sisters and I stayed here for our annual girls trip. It was such a cute and quaint atmosphere that far exceeded the listing! Laura was so accommodating and quick to respond to anything I threw at her. There was a slight hiccup after our first night in the hotub the next morning it wasnt warming however she responded and it was fixed and taken care of within the hour! With goodies left at our door. We have stayed at many vrbos and i will say have never had a host this thoughtful to detail and quick with responses. My husband and I would definitely come stay here. Definitely a secluded romantic and charming vibe!

This property was exactly as listed. On a dead-end street nestled into the surrounding woods. It was quiet, no through traffic, very clean and up-to-date, with well-stocked kitchen and bath. The hot tub worked like a charm and was a welcome refreshment from sight-seeing. We loved it. You will, too!

House in the woods had lots of lovely features. - hot tub with robes - high quality pans for cooking - lots of towels - dishwasher soap - welcome bottle of wine and water (good when arriving late Saturday and no alcohol sold sundays) - stocked coffee The major drawback was the quality of the beds. The house was very pretty. Host provided nice coffee, wine, water. Very clean and hot tub was ready. It was advertised as a 2 bedroom 2 bath house with one queen and one double bed . Master bedroom was very nice. Extra room was not a double bed. Daybed with roll out mattress on the floor. It would be great for a couple with children. I slept on daybed which was very comfortable,my husband on couch, not ideal for a romantic getaway. They did try to find us something else and did compensate us for the trouble. We would stay here again if we were by ourselves and had the bedroom.
