Situated in a peaceful neighborhood with space for 5+ vehicles, near all main attractions including the Marsh Walk, Brookgreen Gardens, Huntington State Park and dozens of locally beloved dining spots. Centrally located so trips to surrounding areas such as Pawley's Island, Georgetown, and Myrtle Beach are quick and easy.
This bright and inviting home has an open floor plan, so spending time with friends and family in the commons areas is very enjoyable. Yes, there is a Keurig! There is bar seating as well as a dining table and plenty of comfortable seating in the living room. The bathroom includes a soaking tub, walk in shower and even a TV. With custom ceilings equipped with ambient lighting throughout the whole house, it is easy to set the mood by changing the color and dimming the main lighting to your preference.
