About this apartment rental
Bright one-bedroom apartment on a wide residential street in the heart of Camden Town ideally located 5mins away from the famous bustling Camden Market and canal, and three peaceful parks.
The property is ideally located for public transport around London and further afield. The underground, bus, and e-bikes are all within easy access. Euston, King’s Cross and St Pancras International are within 10 mins.
Camden Town is an area of London famous for its music venues, market, and attracts many tourists all year round. What we love about it is that you feel the buzz of London, but once home, you can relax away from the main streets and noise. The parks nearby are large and wonderful in all seasons, but the Rose Garden is spectacular in May/ June. There are many activities for children nearby, and adults who enjoy swimming can explore the Lido at Parliament Hill and the famous ponds on Hampstead Heath.
Another great aspect of the location is the close proximity to Central London. The tube (London's underground) will get you into the centre in under 15 minutes. There are also many buses to catch and of course, you can walk there through the park in about 30 minutes.
The flat is bright and spacious, and includes everything that might be required for a stay away from home. The property comprises a large double bedroom with a king-size bed and storage. There is space for a travel cot if travellers bring one for a baby. A corridor leads to the newly refurbished shower room, sitting room and kitchen. The kitchen overlooks the garden at the back and there is a small patio which is available for our guests surrounded by kitchen herbs which you are welcome to use during your stay. We are always happy to share the garden with any guests who might want to enjoy a quiet moment sitting in the sunshine. You could feel miles away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Please note that there are stairs to access the property, so it is not suitable for persons with mobility issues.
We live in the part of the house above the apartment and are happy to help with any questions you have during your stay. We are a family of 5 and a dog. Franco/Scottish/American, we have travelled widely and always love meeting new people but respect your privacy if you wish to focus on your time alone.

We were very happy with this flat. It is clean and comfortable and in a great location for getting anywhere in London. Walking distance to the tube and in a nice neighborhood with good bus service. There are grocery stores and many restaurants nearby. Communication with the owner was easy and replies were prompt. Highly recommended.

Lovely flat on quiet street in Camden. Though it is a basement flat, it is bright and sunny with a big bedroom and bathroom. Excellent location close to the park and not far from KingsX stn .

Stayed in this lovely flat in July. Loved that the street was quiet, but it’s only about 5 min walk to Camden Town tube stop. We haven’t stayed in this part of London before- enjoyed that we were closer to Hampstead Heath area and could still easily get to the main London sights by tube. Some pretty good restaurants within walking distance- we enjoyed pizza at Pizza Pilgrim one night, and there are shops close by for groceries as well. Apartment had all that we needed, and provided a nice space for relaxing after a long day walking around. No A/C but it stayed cool. Never felt unsafe. The flat is below ground down small metal stairs, so keep that in mind with large luggage and mobility issues. We could hear the host family upstairs at times, but it was always when we were up and about anyway (we are not early birds or night owls), so didn’t bother us at all. Not much street noise, which was nice. Caroline was very nice and had excellent communication throughout the process from before arrival to during our stay. We needed to be near St Pancras for an early Eurostar train, and this was perfect!
