Brand new studio apartment just minutes from the beach, close to the outlets, movies, breakwater junction trail, breweries, and tons of restaurants and entertainment. Take a quick bike ride to Cape Henlopen or save time and money on parking meters with a bus stop just down the street. It was so great to revisit this studio that comfortably makes accessing Henlopen State Park and Beach possible. This dog friendly little home, the full size fridge, the privacy afforded, the location made our vacation just perfect.

This property offered everything necessary, and was pet friendly. We valued the privacy as a single studio home. The full size fridge was great in a well appointed little kitchen. The television moved to provide acess to it where ever needed. We love Henlopen State Park and we were well set to enjoy that, as well as to meander through quaint and lovely Lewes. Our host was friendly and helpful.

Stayed 5 nights in this cute VRBO property with my sister to visit others we knew who were staying nearby for Sun thru Fri. Choosing these dates allowed us to avoid much of the to/from traffic to Rehobeth and other popular DE shore points.
This has a full kitchen (And refrigerator has an icemaker, Yay) and 2 separate beds, (1 is a day bed though comfortable).
Thank goodness for excellent AC as this was the hottest week ever! Wall unit very efficient and responsive since we turned it off when we went out, but took no time at all to cool on our return.
Very comfortable home away from home stay !
