About this apartment rental
This Harbour Towne Condo is located at 25th St and Philadelphia Ave. We are in a great location bayside and near all of Ocean City's finest hot spots. Restaurants and mini golf within walking distance. The popular Fish Tales is a short walk from your back door. Watch the boats come in and see the fish get weighed. The board walk is a short walk across Coastal Highway. If you get tired of walking, the bus will drop off in front of Harbor Town. Refresh and swim in the beautiful bayside pool and watch the boats pass by. When you are finished with outdoor activities, you have a beautiful furnished 3-bedroom condo to call home for the duration of your stay. Don't forget to take your coffee out on the back deck and enjoy your beautiful mornings. Full size Washer/Dryer in unit. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We had an amazing stay! Plenty of space for a family of 5 with all the comforts of home. Loved walking to the beach and access to fun things to do on Philadelphia Ave and the boardwalk.

My friends and I stayed there when we went to a weekend beach concert. The pictures really didn’t do it justice. It was perfect for us. It was nice and relaxing drinking coffee on the deck that faced the bay. It was in a great location. It was close to FishTales, mini golf, the boardwalk and not far from the beach. If we had any questions, Jeanne was quick with a response. We didn’t get a chance to go to the pool or hot tub because the concert took up most of the weekend, but next time we will.

The condo is perfect for a family vacation. Very Spacious and only a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend!!
