About this house rental
Centrally located Near Disney World, Universal Studios, Seaworld, ESPN, Margaritaville, Legoland, Celebration and also between International airports Orlanda & Tampa, and interstate highways. This is a beautiful 4 bedroom/3 full bathroom pool home featuring off-street parking and multiple layers of a home security system. . Two King bedrooms and two twin bedrooms,each with two twin beds. Large screened-in pool and spa area. The kitchen is equipped with all cutlery, pots, pans, and dishes as well as coffee/tea cups, a coffee maker and an icemaker in the double-wide refrigerator. Also in this home for complimentary use of the guest are duel washing machines and duel clothes dryers. Wifi and all other comforts are to be enjoyed in this easy to access, NO- STAIRS to be climbed vacation home. This home is pet-free & smoke-free. The floors are about half tile and half carpet.

The home is maintained by a local & licensed small cleaning company. They have clean and current background checks, are non-smoking and quick to respond to guest concerns. Nobody will be accessing this home while you are staying here unless you ask for a visit.

The drive to disney was always a breeze. Traffic could be bad leaving the parks but it was very manageable. The host responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had. Overall, it was a great stay and I would book this house again.
