Spacious and cozy apartment with terrace and lake view on the "Via del Viandante", in Gera Lario.The apartment, located on the first floor of a semi-detached villa surrounded by a garden, opens onto the living area, furnished with two comfortable sofas, a television, a dining table and an open kitchen equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, a kettle, a juicer and a toaster. From here guests can access the terrace with a dining area and a beautiful view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The sleeping area features a large bedroom with a queen-size bed and one bedroom with two single beds. A toilet and a bathroom with a shower complete the layout. At guests' disposal amenities such as free wifi, washing machine, iron, air conditioning and heating. *In the area where the accommodation is located there are no taxis or public transport available for short local transport. However, there are many villages not to be missed: on the branch of Como stand Bellagio, "the pearl of the Lario", Cernobbio, Argegno, Tremezzo with its Villa Carlotta, Menaggio and the ancient village of Nesso characterized by romantic views.
