Spacious and cozy apartment with large garden among the famous "Via del Viandante", in Gera Lario.The apartment, located on the ground floor of a house surrounded by a large landscaped garden with a dining table and a barbecue. The entrance opens onto the living area consisting of a living room with two sofas and a TV, a dining table separating the spaces and an open kitchen complete with a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a juicer and a toaster. The sleeping area boasts two bedrooms with a queen-size bed and spacious closets, and a bedroom with two single beds. All the spaces of the house overlook the large private garden that surrounds the house where guests can also admire a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains. A toilet and a bathroom with a shower complete the layout. At guests' disposal amenities such as free wifi, washing machine, iron, air conditioning and heating. *In the area where the accommodation is located there are no taxis or public transport available for short local transport. The best way to discover the beauty of the lake is by sailing its waters. Its characteristic inverted Y shape is given by the three branches that compose it: north Colico, south-east Lecco and south-west Como. The main urban center is Como, an elegant and romantic city that houses several villas, monuments and a very suggestive lakefront. However, there are many villages not to be missed: on the branch of Como stand Bellagio, "the pearl of the Lario", Cernobbio, Argegno, Tremezzo with its Villa Carlotta, Menaggio and the ancient village of Nesso characterized by romantic views. On the eastern shore of the lake, dominated by Lecco, it is worth visiting Varenna and Bellano with its characteristic Orrido. This destination is also perfect for lovers of trekking and outdoor walks, thanks to its many paths such as the Sentiero del Viandante (40 km) and the Greenway of Lake Como (10 km).
