The attic holiday flat sits enthroned in the small mountain village of Montemezzo
above Gera Lario with a magnificent lake and mountain view. Here you can enjoy
peace and nature and at the same time the proximity to the lake and beaches. The spacious
holiday flat is simple, but tasteful and individual in
Lombard-Italian style. The flat is very
recommended for groups of friends or a larger family, also with children.

and mountain view from the outside areas. You can enjoy your peace and quiet here and still be within a few
minutes from the lake with beaches, water sports, supermarkets, restaurants and bars,
a good starting point for hiking or mountain biking.
The friendly landlords also live in the house.
There is public parking on fixed parking spaces to the side.
