About this house rental
Stay in the charming Sunkissed and Salty three-bedroom beach home for a relaxing vacation with the family or friends. This cozy home sleeps 10 and has all of the comforts of home—and access to gorgeous pools, a private dune crossover to the beach, and other Cinnamon Shore amenities!
AMENITIES: At South, enjoy resort-style amenities such as the Cabana Pool with infinity edge; the new Splish Splash Family Pool with infinity edge and splash pad; Tailwind Park, Coastline Fire Lounge and other parks; serene lakes and ponds; a community pier; overlook pavilions and playscape. You also can access amenities at Cinnamon Shore North: pools, lakes, fitness center, on-site restaurants, and Town Center fun.
MAIN LIVING SPACE: The primary gathering area on the first floor offers a comfortable sectional and barrel swivel chairs for everyone to enjoy a movie, while a large dining table can host family game night or a meal to remember. Cook in the well-stocked kitchen while chatting with friends at the island’s bar stools. A powder room and laundry closet on the first floor make cleaning up for dinner after a sandy beach day a breeze.
Upstairs you’ll find easy access to the front balcony from the hall to overlook a charming cobbled street of Cinnamon Shore South.
SLEEPING QUARTERS: On the second floor, a bunk room with nautical stripes for six and the queen bedroom offer access to the front balcony and community views. These two guest rooms share a charming hallway bath with double vanities. In the rear of the home, the primary suite provides a lucky couple with wicker king-size bed and a private balcony overlooking the bay side of Mustang Island, promising stunning sunset views that will keep you on the deck long into the evening. A private bathroom with double vanities and a glass-enclosed shower/tub makes getting dressed for day feel luxurious.
GREAT FEATURES: Enter from the private drive behind the home or park in the cobblestone area in front for easy access to this lovely house. Enjoy convenient garage access, where a 220V charger plug can keep an EV going! From here, walk along the lakefront boardwalk to the infinity pool lined with cabanas. Head over the two-way dune crossover to the beach or cruise in a golf cart down the beach over to Cinnamon Shore North for dinner at our on-site restaurants or activities on the Town Center green. For families with younger beachgoers, this home includes a Pack ’n Play for added convenience.

Sunkissed and Salty is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Sunkissed and Salty the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.
There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
**Driving 1.5 miles is necessary from Cinnamon Shore South to access Cinnamon Shore North's amenities. Golf cart accessible over the boardwalk.

We enjoyed our stay at Sunkissed and Salty. It will be exciting as more amenities are added to South Cinnamon Shores but the home itself was clean, comfy, and had everything! The road noise from the master was a little noticeable, but nothing a white noise machine couldn't fix. Beautiful property.

The house was comfortable, but it would mean quite a lot to renters if you’d supply some basic things including coffee filters or a few pods, perhaps enough for one per day they stay. It costs little and makes a big impact on someone’s stay. I brought coffee, creamer, but filters. It was frustrating. I had to hunt for the dishwasher pods and laundry detergent...found one of each (the pouch had two originally, but one had been used already) literally hidden behind the fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink. Why? Guests should be able to freely run the dishwasher and laundry. And you should let guests keep contents in fridge. Make an effort to donate leftover items to food pantries. Would make a difference. Lastly, the towels are small and very limited. If made showering challenging. And not one beach towel in the place. I brought my own, but would have been nice to have a set at the house m, especially since I couldn’t find the laundry pod until the night before checkout. And our fan was broken in the master bedroom. It’s all the little things that added up to just an ok location, the amenities were crowded, as one would expect on a holiday weekend, but pools and grounds were littered with trash. Tables went uncleared and trash cans overflowing. Seems cinnamon shore is over their heads. Too many patrons, but enough staff maybe? Regardless, we will make every effort to take our beach vacation elsewhere. With the prices you charge to stay there we really could go almost anywhere else. And I bet they’d have beach towels.
