The Space:
Charming villa Diana for up to 10 people, has been completely renovated in harmony with nature, with authentic thick stone walls combined with wooden elements and elements of modern comfort. Carefully selected, traditional pieces of furniture and lovingly decorated space will make you feel at home. It is located in the middle of a beautiful rural part of Istria, a quiet place typical of central Istria, about 15 minutes' drive from the first beaches and Rovinj. It consists of two separate buildings, of which the ground floor of the main house has a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room. On the first and second floor there are four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The fifth bedroom with a large double bed and en-suite bathroom is located in a separate house, just a few meters from the main building. The ground floor, in addition to the bedroom with bathroom, consists of a dining room and a modern kitchen, a comfortable living room with a fireplace and access to the terrace. The covered terrace overlooking the pool will provide you with a pleasant summer atmosphere during lunch, while you prepare delicious meals on the grill or romantic dinners under the starry sky.

Villa Diana is located in the small town of Burići, close to Kanfanar, a place famous for Istrian ox and Istrian pasta, fuži. Near Kanfanar is the medieval town of Dvigrad, which is definitely worth a visit, because you can really take unforgettable photos there. In the nearby Lim channel, which, in addition to its natural beauty, is known for the cultivation of mussels, you can taste fish specialties. The nearest beach is located in Rovinj, the most famous tourist destination on the west coast of Istria and is about 15 km away. An attractive location in the very heart of Istria and an excellent connection by highway offers the possibility of excursions and visits to Pula, Poreč, as well as the Brijuni National Park, which are within about 30 minute drive. We have learned that the air condition symbol doesn’t mean that there is air condition in the rooms. This villa consists of two houses - a bedroom house with 4 bedrooms - all not in direct contact with the air condition in the living room. The same goes for the pool house with one bed room. The bureau was so friendly to pay for the three air vents we bought to manage the nights with 25+ degrees in the bed rooms. The place is really nice - neighbors are friendly and there is really quiet in the evenings. The drive to Rovinj is really good - the road is new and nice to drive on. We think the value for money ratio good have been better. We are not scared of staying inland vs at the coast. It is actually quite good.
