About this villa rental
Villa Joakim 241 m², is the self service accommodation for 10 people, with the large garden , nicely looked after, with the open swimming pool with hydromassage 44m² at disposal to the guests only, kids playground with swing, slide. 1000 m² plot is also at your disposal. Villa is next to the place Žminj, in the inhabited village of few houses and is propitious for families with children or for couples. The house consists of the living room and four bedrooms, with five private bathroom, the kitchen the space for dinning and the billiard room. Teracce with barbecue and table for 10 people. Conditioning and electrical heating facilities are provided in every bedroom.

a very nice and comfortable house with plenty of space, suitable located in the middle of Istria to reach most of the interesting locations within 30 or 45 minutes.
The very sympathetic owner was very helpful and gave us many valuable tips of attractions and restaurants etc.
We felt really welcomed and would like to come again

The house is well equipped, and very comfortable. Tedi is a great host, one of the most comprehensive welcomes we have had, with lots of ideas for exploring the area.
We have a lovely stay here and would return.
