About this house rental
Ideal for a pleasant vacation with family or friends. 4-star-rated house/vacation rental with one story and two private terraces (one for outdoor dining, the other for relaxation) with patio furniture and lounge chairs; barbecue. House sleeps 10 (150–160 m²). South-facing. Not wheelchair accessible. 3 bedrooms: master suite with a 160-bed; 1 bedroom with 2 90-beds; 1 bedroom with a 140-bed. 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub, the other with a walk-in shower). 2 restrooms with sinks. Living area with fully equipped open kitchen; bed linens (top and bottom sheets); bath towels; kitchen towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the base rate (ARS recommendation following the COVID-19 pandemic): Optional additional services—pricing available upon request. Wooded grounds covering over 15,000 m². Saltwater-treated, heated (28°) swimming pool, child-safe; tennis court; bocce court; ping-pong table; children’s play area: All recreational facilities are private to the mini-residence (maximum 6 families) and are to be shared with other current guests. 3 km from the beaches of Le Pouldu, where you can enjoy all kinds of water sports: swimming, sailing, surfing, fishing, etc. 5 km from the forest for beautiful hikes; 3 km from the river, where you can go canoeing; 4 km from the port of Doêlan, where you can take a ferry to the island of Groix.
Clohars Carnoët is ideally located on the southern coast of Brittany: You’ll be less than an hour away from tourist attractions such as the Carnac stone alignments, the Pointe du Raz, the Crozon Peninsula, the Gulf of Morbihan
From Concarneau, you can take a boat to visit the Glénans Islands or cruise up the Odet River; from Hennebont or Lorient, cruise up the Blavet River and visit the island of Groix; from Vannes: the Gulf of Morbihan; Belle-Île and Houat.
In Le Pouldu, you can visit the house where the painter Gauguin and his friends stayed, and less than 30 minutes away is Pont-Aven, the city of painters;

Recently renovated property so everything was in good order. Very clean and nearly everything in kitchen supplied but we are a different culture so it was no surprise that some things were missing for us but that did not spoil the holiday we adapted. So much to see and do and very close so not far to travel. We were aged from 10 years to 75 years and there was plenty on site to suit us all. The pool area and the grounds all very clean and well kept. I don't often do reviews but this mixed family holiday was amazing so had to let other know.
