Overall stay was good. My husband and i needed a place to stay with our dogs for 1 night.
The proximity to downtown was great which was very convenient. The house is an older duplex similar to an old shotgun house. Everything was clean and as photographed in the listing. Its just got the necessities. Bed was comfy. Minimal furniture and tables but everything was in good working order. Tv's both worked as well as AC. It is in an older neighborhood that wasnt the best but sure wasn't the worst.
If you are looking for something fancy, keep looking. If you are looking for functionality this was fine.
Host replied quickly with any questions i had.

It was cute and cozy. I would love to give 5 stars except the AC wasn’t working properly thank goodness our stay was in May and not July. Overall… if the air conditioner was fixed and working properly we would totally rent this place again.
