Nice location to all things in Huntsville. Wasn’t a bad stay for a night. The hot water didn’t last too long. We had to move the plug for the tv because where it was plugged in didn’t work. Overall good for the money.

We were in Huntsville to spend time with family and spent 6 nights in the unit for the week of Thanksgiving.
It is not noted in the listing that the unit is located on the second floor with an outside entrance. We were not prepared to carry suitcases, food, etc. up a set of stairs.
Unit has a nice large TV with Roku but without any paid subscriptions. We do not stream, so we had to go out and buy an HD antenna to watch the network stations. The TV was also missing the remote, which we also had to buy.
The full-size kitchen was well stocked with most everything you would need for meals. It did not have a toaster, so we purchased one and left it in the unit for the next guest.
The bathroom had a very large vanity and full-size tub/shower with great water pressure.
The living room had a futon and a desk. The futon was very uncomfortable to sit on for more than 5 minutes. The desk was large enough and had a comfortable chair.
All in all, the unit was not horrible, but not up to the standards that we are used to with VRBO's. I think the owner of the unit is new to VRBO and needs to step up their game if they want to continue to rent the unit.
