About this apartment rental
Enjoy easy access to all Rocket City has to offer in this centrally located 2BD/2BA condo. Conveniently located close to UAH, Oakwood University, Orion Amphitheatre hi, Cummings Research Park, Redstone Arsenal, NASA, and downtown Huntsville. You can shop at the local farm stand or Trader Joes to cook in the full sized kitchen or dine out at one of the many restaurants the Rocket City has to offer.
You are booking a two bedroom, two full bathroom bottom floor condo. Wake up on a 12" queen sized green tea and ActiveCharcoal infused memory foam mattress. Each room has a smart TV to sign in and watch your favorite shows. Kitchen is a full, galley style with full refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, Keurig and microwave. Pack less on your trip as we have a full size washer and dryer in unit to wash your clothes.
Please note: You will be booking in a multi-unit building, noise from neighbors is to be expected.
Entire house is at your disposal except for one inside and one outside storage closet. Front door keypad access to home with your own unique code that is re-set after each guest. One Ring doorbell camera located at the front door where the doorbell is located. This camera records both video and audio upon movement detection outside of condo only. This camera will not be monitored 24/7, but only to assist if there is a problem or neighbor complaint. We take your safety and privacy very seriously.
We have our condo thoroughly and professionally cleaned by an outside service who uses all organic cleaning supplies after each guest stay. Photos are taken after each cleaning to confirm cleanliness.
Please remember that your are staying in the south, which is home to many critters, bugs, and insects. Our home is inspected after each stay by our cleaners and monthly by a professional service. Despite our best efforts, you may still encounter some of our local creatures. To help yourself and us to minimize a chance encounter, please do not leave any food outside and dispose of trash in the garbage bin. If you find that you have extra garbage, please feel free to dispose of trash in the complex garbage. Please do not leave unscreened doors open for an extended time.
Additionally, Huntsville (and the surrounding areas) is host to some pretty amazing storms. Sometimes this can cause flight disruptions when coming in to Huntsville or Nashville, our closest airports. Travel insurance is highly recommended for the unexpected.

We loved our stay at this condo! It had plenty of room and was well setup. It is a short drive to restaurants, tourist spots, grocery stores and entertainment spots. Can't say enough nice things about the owner. She was very responsive if we had any questions or comments. She usually replied to my questions/messages within a few hours! She is very friendly, with a warm and inviting attitude. I'd rent this condo in a heart beat if we need another one in this area!

Very comfortable property close to UAH campus, downtown and US Space and Rocket Center. We had a wonderful stay. The host was very responsive. The neighborhood is a little sketchy at night.

The property was well maintained and exactly as advertised. Property manager was helpful and was an overall great experience.

The location was perfect for seeing all that Huntsville has to offer and I never travelled more than a 15 minutes car ride to any of the places of interest. The bed(s) were really hard, like rock hard, almost like they were fake beds without real mattresses. I slept horribly and left with a shoulder and neck strain. The rest of the house was as advertised and served my purposes. The area is a little sketchy, but I never felt truly unsafe. Communication was top tier with the property owner.
