● Parking: There is room for 2 cars in the driveway, and 2 additional cars on the street.

Two other bedrooms provide queen-sized beds, ideal for additional couples or individual travelers. And for families with younger children, there`s a whimsical bunk room featuring two full-over-full bunk beds designed to resemble clubhouses. A full bathroom on the second floor conveniently serves all the upstairs bedrooms.
After a day of exploring the beach or the Strand District, unwind on the inviting backyard patio with comfortable seating – the perfect spot to enjoy a refreshing beverage, a delicious meal, or simply relax under the Texas sky. ● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.
● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.
● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 12 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- Pets are not allowed.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
