About this villa rental
South facing spacious villa with swimming corridor, infinity pool. The villa is a short 5 minute stroll from the beautiful, Bar sur Loup village. The house is located on 3 different floors. The main living floor area is open plan with dining room, sitting areas and a private television corner. A inside window separates this lounge area from a spacious and bright kitchen which has its own separate dining area.
There is an seating area in front of the kitchen overlooking the swimming pool and outside dining table and chairs outside the lounge overlooking the valley. Both terraces offer direct access to the garden and have pergolas roof covers to provide shade (or shelter during the unlikely event of summer rain).
There are four bedrooms on the first floor: large master ensuite bedroom with a double shower. The three children's bedrooms all share one bathroom.
On the garden floor there is 30sqm family bedroom with ensuite shower/toilet and own separate outside seating area and access.
The garden is equipped with trampoline, badminton and table tennis and many different nooks and crannies for playing, exploring and hiding.
The utility room is located on the garden floor with extra family sized fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer and wine fridge.

Friendly owners, stylish and well kept villa with a really magnificent salt water pool. Nicely designed areas allow you to catch the sun at all times of the day. Great kitchen and BBQ area.
Our teenagers loved the bedrooms and hammocks in the gardens and there was plenty of space for them to chill out. The area is tucked away but walkably near local shops (and pharmacy) and only 10 mins drive from Grasse.
We were a little unlucky with mosquitos - possibly awoken by a storm on the first night ... but I'm told that this is unusual for the area.
It's was great to be located somewhere with charm that wasn't too isolated. Loved our stay - will come back!
